BOOKING AN EXCURSION FOR “AT LEISURE” DAY

Once on-site, each party will receive a $300 stipend to be used toward booking (2) excursions for your “At Leisure” day, Sunday, March 24th. For your convenience, we have provided a link to the “Excursion Offerings” list to include general activity and pricing details. Upon your arrival at the hotel on Friday, March 22nd you will visit our designated event hospitality desk to pick up your welcome packet and event essentials. We will have an activities desk in our hospitality lounge where you can book excursions in person. However, if you want to guarantee your spot on a popular excursion ahead of time, please feel free to contact our partners at Tropical Incentives to book your excursions in advance of the event. They will collect advance payment from you via credit card, then you can use the $300 stipend you receive on-site to reimburse yourself.

 

To book and pay for your excursions in advance, please contact one of the two individuals below. We would recommend including both email addresses in your email request, as well as mentioning that you are with the “Coke Zero Event, Hilton Puerto Vallarta, March 22-25”.
